Old Mill, North Devon

The Old Mill had been converted to a dwelling over 20 years ago and the new owner wants to bring it up to modern 20th century living standards without ruining the character. The sketch scheme shows the incorporation of a toilet at living accommodation level as well as a new hallway to the front door to protect the open plan living space from the Devon wind.
