New Dwelling, North Devon

This was a replacement dwelling for the coming together of three generations of family. The brief required a combination of private and social areas where the whole family could spend time together. The site was located just off the beach so benefited from 180 degree panoramic views of the sea and sand dunes.

From the moment we met Gareth until the design was complete, we were impressed with his ability to absorb and organise our wishes for the site, while at the same time adding his own ideas & obvious flair for design.
